The schedule for Round 18 is:
- December 31st 00:00 - Sign-ups open
- January 2nd 12:00 - Ticks Begin
- March 3rd 12:00 - Ticks end
So it will be 60 days for the next round.
As well, we will be looking for one assistant moderator in the coming round, if you are interested please contact Europa or send an admin to admin@raginguniverse.com
We will also be more actively enforcing the forum rules more strictly this coming round, to try to cut down on problems that players have mentioned. This includes the policies on acceptable forum avatars, so please review the rules.

Test Round - Dec 23, 02:34
The test round will open at 12:00 CST. There are numerous changes that have been made to the game, including:
- Fixed hangar bug
- Fixed missile building bug
- Better group balacing
- Updated interface
- and other minor fixes
Medals for round 17 have been awarded, and should show for those who recieved them.

Problems logging in? - Nov 01, 03:40
If you have been unable to login to your account after registering, please try
again now. A minor bug in thet login system has been corrected that may have
prevented users from logging in if they entered their username with uppercase
letters in it.
In addition, the 'Forgot Password' tool is now back online, so if you need
to reset your password you can do so at this page.
RU Notifier 2.0 is now available - Oct 26, 03:37
The new Raging Universe Notifier version 2.0 is now available for download.
This version introduces a number of fixes to the original utility, as well
as adds support for displaying the individual messages, news and game alerts
right on your desktop. You can also now request the program remember you, so
you do not need to login to the program each time you start the program.
You can download version 2.0 here.
If you use Firefox, or do not use Windows, you will soon have the option of
installing the RU Firefox Toolbar to provide the same functionality as the
Notifier currently offers. Watch out for the announcement of its release in
the coming weeks.
Raging Universe has returned! - Oct 06, 00:00
Raging Universe has returned. After a year-plus long hiatus, we are finally back online.
There have been numerous changes to the game since we last ran a round, mostly to the backend. We have moved to a faster and much more stable database platform, which will let the game run a lot faster then before without a lot of the headaches.
The game interface has had a few minor fixes applied and a lot of bugs fixed, but for the most part the game is back to more of a "classic" RU game then we had initially planned this release to be.
So have fun, and please help us test out this release. A testing round will begin at Noon on October 8th, and will run for 30 days. During this time we are looking for players to test everything out, and please report any problems that you may find so we can make the game even bettter.
